We urge, however, that you first read the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), as this can give you answers and solutions to the vast majority of the issues and problems you (may) runs into.

When you send an e-mail to support GoMINIsite, please be as specific as possible.
"I cannot log into my website - Sincerely Paul" can be difficult to provide support.

Therefore we ask that you provide your site name, because without it, it is difficult to know who you are.
We espesially ask you to write from the e-mail you used when creating. This is not only for our ease but also to maintain optimal security.
A good method for quick support is to write the site name in the subject field - and then elaborate on the problem of mail.
